We learned about the Pop-Artist Andy Warhol. Students looked at his unique art and tried making a piece of their own art. They were very creative and made many different types of soup!

We had a wonderful Valentine's Day party this afternoon. Students enjoyed goodies from the chocolate fountain, tied knots together to make a heart shaped pillow, made an, “ I Love You to Pieces” card and played bingo! Special thanks to Mrs. Soling, Mrs. Harrison, Mrs. Weiler and Mrs. Peirce.
Students participated in a challenge to build a house of cards along with their 5th grade buddies. They were only allowed to use cards and tape. They were asked to document and reflect on what worked well and what they needed to change.
We enjoyed 2 Mystery Readers today! Mrs. Young shared poetry from Shel Silverstein with us and Mr. Stalter read a non-fiction book about lions. We love having our parents in to read to us!
We worked with our buddy class to complete a STEM challenge. We had to build a goal post using only paper and tape. We scored! We also learned what worked well and how we could make improvements.
